Kharkiv Regional Youth Center organized and conducted a panel discussion for student self-government bodies of higher education institutions in Kharkiv region, which was attended by representatives of the student self-government of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - the head of the student council of the Faculty № 6 Natalia Vasylenko and her deputy Karina Haievska.

On the eve of the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation, Serhii Katsalap, Head of the Veterans' Organization of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Nataliia Mashnytska, Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 6, together with students, visited and congratulated World War II veterans. On behalf of the Rector of the police university, Valerii Sokurenko, and the entire university staff, they congratulated Nina Aliabieva, Nataliia Larikova, Yevdokiia Zynovieva and Valentyna Tytarenko on the upcoming holiday.

The Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 6 Kostiantyn Sverdlin, with the assistance of the Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of KhNUIA Ihor Nazarenko, organized a series of career guidance meetings with the students of the Institute.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 6 Kostiantyn Sverdlin and Head of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics Iryna Panova held an online meeting on the topic of the 2024 admission campaign with the management and students of the final year classes of the Southern Lyceum № 2 of Southern City Council of Kharkiv District, Kharkiv Region.

As part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' project "Visit a wounded soldier - support a hero", the staff of the Faculty No. 6 visited and congratulated wounded soldiers who are undergoing treatment in medical institutions on the upcoming Easter holidays. The guys also received delicious pastries, which the students had prepared in their dormitory.

Traditionally, on the eve of the Easter holidays, representatives of the university management congratulate cadets and students who are orphans, deprived of parental care and those who lost their relatives in this cruel war at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Stanislav Pevko, Associate Professor of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6, and Kseniia Hurtova, a lecturer at the same department, held a career guidance meeting with students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 49 of Kharkiv City Council on the conditions of admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

"We help those who protect us!" - this is the motto of the first-year students of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who, in their free time, join the weaving of camouflage nets and protective suits at the Women's Hundred headquarters during the academic year. The camouflage gear allows them to be invisible and saves the lives of the military. We continue to work, help and volunteer.

With the support of Oksana Brusakova, Dean of the Faculty No. 6, the academic staff of the faculty's departments raised funds and purchased EcoFlow charging stations for the assault brigade soldiers holding the defence in Kharkiv area.

The Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a regular online meeting of the students' scientific club. The students listened to and discussed the reports of third-year students Yulia Baidiuk, Valeria Velihura, Olena Demchenko and others, whose works were recommended for publication in the form of abstracts at scientific and practical conferences.
