
Kateryna Zhmurovska, 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 4, Head of the Student Parliament of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, completed a three-day training program in Poltava on quality assurance in higher education.

For the purpose of military-patriotic education of young people, military chaplains held a conversation with applicants for higher education of Faculties №№ 1, 4 and Sumy branch of KhNUIA. The event was attended by: veteran of the war in Iraq and Afghanistan David Witkowski (USA), military chaplain Taras Banas, law enforcement chaplain Oleksandr Vershyhora and volunteer chaplain Ilia Diuzhenko.

State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Inna Yashchuk chaired the fifth meeting of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with the participation of the Head of Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration Serhii Tiurin, Deputy Head and Secretary of the Scientific Council, members of the Scientific Council, rectors and vice-rectors of higher education institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Valentyna Kochyna, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held an event in English on the occasion of the Day of Slavic Writing and Culture as part of the A Way to Europe project. The lecturer discussed with the cadets the history of the Slavic alphabet and the importance of writing in the history of any nation.

Senior Police Lieutenant Yaroslava Liubutina, Inspector of the Patrol Police Office in Kharkiv Region of the Patrol Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine, and Senior Police Lieutenant Bohdan Danylets, District Police Officer of the District Police Sector of the Prevention Department of Khust District Police Department of the National Police in Zakarpattia Region, together with Iryna Kravets, a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Foreign Language for Professional Purposes".

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the second stage of the Competition of scientific works of applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of higher education institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The competition was held in the format of a scientific and practical conference with the participation of 55 contestants.

Inspector of the Patrol Police Response Sector of the Police Department № 2 of Bila Tserkva District Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine in Kyiv Region, Police Captain Anatolii Lymar, together with Nataliia Horbach, a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, and Yuliia Bortnyk, a lecturer at the same department, conducted a binary class for 1st year cadets of the Faculty № 2.

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, associate professors of the same department Oleh Honcharuk, Valentyna Kochyna, Valentyna Pochuieva, senior lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova took part in the international online webinar "Shake up Shakespeare" organized by Collins and dedicated to Shakespeare Day.

Specialists of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of KhNUIA - curators of educational work of the Faculties №№ 1-4 - held conversations for higher education students on the topic "Ukraine is a European state". It was discussed that Ukraine's European integration with the EU is part of a natural process of uniting the countries of the European community.

Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2 Inna Holopych together with Oleksandr Kaliuk, an operative of the Criminal Police Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police, conducted a binary seminar for 1st year cadets of the Faculty № 4 on the topic "State Language - Language of Professional Communication" as part of the discipline "Ukrainian for Professional Purposes".
