The School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held another optional class on the topic "Current problems of operational and investigative activities". The lecturer was Mykhailo HRIBOV, professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the ERI No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

With the support of the leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a trip to the ice rink for higher education applicants who are orphans or children deprived of parental care, those who lost their relatives in the Russian-Ukrainian war.

More than 70 representatives of KhNUIA, including the scientific and pedagogical staff of the departments and research laboratories of the ERI No. 1-5, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College, representatives of the financial support and accounting department joined the information event.

The Head of the Department of Administrative Activity of the ERI No. 3, Olena DZHAFAROVA, as the Deputy head of the sectoral expert council of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education in the field of knowledge 08 "Law", took part in the training for the Heads and deputies of the sectoral expert councils (SEC).

Every year on February 21, the world community celebrates International Mother Language Day. At the XXX session of the UNESCO General Conference, held in 1999 in Paris, a document was adopted on "supporting linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism."

A lesson on this topic was held at the School of Junior Commanders of KhNUIA, which was conducted by Liliia TOVSTOPIAT, a specialist in the department of social-humanitarian work and national-patriotic education of the department of social-humanitarian work. She considered the key tasks of educational and social-humanitarian work.

Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the ERI No. 3 Pavlo CHERVONYI told the lyceum students about the university, using slides, demonstrated the algorithm for admission by state order, and explained the features of performing a complex strength exercise as a component of the physical fitness exam for applicants.

As part of providing psychological assistance to vulnerable groups of the population, lecturers of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the ERI No. 3 constantly conduct various activities to stabilize and harmonize their internal state. One of such meetings was held with temporarily displaced persons under the title "Mental Health Hour. Management of Depressive States."

A specialist in the practical training department of the educational process organization department of KhNUIA, Yurii PETRENKO, met with higher education applicants who are studying in the specialties "Law", "Law enforcement activities" and are undergoing internships in Kharkiv District Police Department No. 3 of the MDNP in Kharkiv region.

Celebrations dedicated to the National Emblem of Ukraine Day were held at all locations of the university. They were attended by the Rector of the university Valerii SOKURENKO, Vice-Rectors Serhii BORTNYK, Oleksandr MUZYCHUK, Directors of Educational and Research Institutes, university staff, and students.
