Within the framework of cooperation between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine, the School of Scientific Leadership of the university held a class on "Intelligence-led policing (ILP) - a modern model of law enforcement. Analytics, analytical intelligence in making informed, effective and efficient management decisions".

Events on the occasion of the swearing in of freshmen police officers took place at all locations of the university. The future specialists of the National Police units swore to serve the Ukrainian people faithfully, protect the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, and the territorial integrity of the state.

On October 1, when Ukraine will celebrate the Day of Defenders of Ukraine for the first time on a new date, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has initiated a minute of silence at 9:00 a.m. to honor the memory of all fallen Heroes.

A cultural and educational event "I am a student of a tourist city" was organized for the first-year cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of KhNUIA with the assistance of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work and on the initiative of the Department of Humanitarian Policy of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council.

Olha Medvedieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3 of KhNUIA, together with Vitalii Kavkal, Head of the Human Rights Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, conducted a binary lesson on "Professionalism in the Work of a Police Officer" for cadets of the 203rd training group of Faculty № 1.

The Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 held a departmental seminar on "Academic Integrity - the basis of educational and scientific activity in modern conditions" for the academic staff of the department and applicants for higher education of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4.

On the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, sports competitions were held among the teams of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4, members of the scientific club of the tactical and special unit "SHCHYT" together with Volodymyr Yevtushko, senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of Faculty No. 3, and Ihor Ostrovskyi, specialist of Faculty No. 1, took part in special object exercises and trainings on civil protection.

In Podillia, solemn events were held on the occasion of the Oath of Allegiance to the Police by the cadets of KhNUIA. They swore to be faithful to their people and the state, to serve with dignity and protect constitutional rights and freedoms.

Yuliia Zahumenna, Coordinator of the Legal Clinic Department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, took part in the integration workshop for legal clinics, which was supported by the Association of Legal Clinics of Ukraine.
