Supporting and adapting people with disabilities to social life, taking into account their needs, is the main goal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Driving School for People with Disabilities project. The project, which is being implemented as part of First Lady Olena Zelenska's "No Barriers" initiative, has created a comprehensive and high-quality public service for training and obtaining a driver's license for people who have or have received the status of a person with a disability.

In an interview with the TV program "For the Time Being" on the municipal TV channel "VITA TV", Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko spoke about the Police Cadets project, which is being implemented in Vinnytsia region and is being run by the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region and a higher education institution.
