Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko met with students of the Community Police Officer course. Valerii Sokurenko noted that the trust in the National Police of Ukraine and the state will depend on the professional and human qualities of community police officers, their effective interaction with the population. 

Vitalii Naida, Head of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held an organizational meeting with the 1st year cadets of Faculty No. 4 on the peculiarities and activities of higher education students within the School of Scientific Leadership of the university.

Natalia Miloradova, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Psychology, Professor, took part in the training "The Role and Tasks of the Police in the Local System of Preventing and Combating Domestic Violence" as part of the project "Cities and Communities Free from Domestic Violence".

Among the participants were 11 teams from seven universities in the eastern region of Ukraine. For 12 hours, they solved 35 complex tasks to find and exploit vulnerabilities in various areas, such as web application security, applied cryptography, steganography, digital forensics, and open source intelligence.

On the occasion of the International Day of the United Nations, Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an educational information event aimed at forming an active life position among students and cadets and understanding that the future of the world depends on everyone.

The meeting was devoted to the problematic issues of the legal mechanism for the regulation of civil relations. It was attended by students and representatives of the academic staff of the Department of the Faculty No. 6. During the discussion, the main attention was paid to a critical assessment of the ratio of imperative and dispositive regime of regulation of civil relations established in the legislation of Ukraine.

Police Captain Artem Lykhomanov, Senior Inspector of the Public Relations Department of the Patrol Police Department in Kharkiv Region, and Yuliia Mytrofanova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 6, conducted a binary class for students of the Faculty No. 6 in the discipline of Criminal Law.

Acting Head of the Laboratory for Research of Information Technology Objects of the Research Center for Forensic Examination in the Field of Information Technology and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, forensic expert Tetiana Bykova, Professor of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA Oleksandr Mozhaiev and Associate Professor of the same department Volodymyr Tulupov conducted a binary lesson on Digital Signal Processing for 2nd year students majoring in Cybersecurity of the Faculty № 6.
