During the educational hour, Olena HORASH, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, discussed with the cadets the main issues that concern newcomers, including the features of the educational process, the daily routine, and the requirements for discipline and academic activity.

The “0x57” team, which included representatives of the ERI No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Artem SHYMKO and Mykyta VERZILOV, took 5th place among 33 teams from all over Ukraine in the first national championship in technological sports in the Capture the Flag (CTF) discipline.

Leading researcher of the Research laboratory of socio-psychological support and rehabilitation of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, ERI No. 3, Yevhenia HLADKOVA, together with a team of volunteers from the "Palms of Peace" Charitable Foundation, handed over humanitarian aid to the family of university student Nikita SHAPARIEV, who heroically died while performing a combat mission.

VINNYTSIA RUN 2025 track and field half-marathon was held in Vinnytsia. The event received official AIMS certification for all distances and entered the world map of high-quality running starts. On September 5, 2025, while performing an operational-combat mission in the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, a graduate of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Denys Vadymovych FURTAS, call sign "FURA" (born August 3, 2002), died.

Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activities of the ERI No. 5 Mykola HOLUB joined the VIII International Scientific and Theoretical Conference, which took place in Stockholm (Kingdom of Sweden) and presented a report on the topic "Features of the Participation of the Educational Security Service in Measures to Prevent and Counteract Bullying."

Ihor BOIKO, a lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, together with Dmytro NEVENHLOVSKYI, a senior coach of Kamianets-Podilskyi Youth and Sports School, conducted adaptive boxing training for war veteran Volodymyr MATIICHUK.

Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Doctor of Law Yulia ZAHUMENNA held a curatorial hour for 4th-year cadets of the ERI No. 1 on the topic "Academic discipline and legality as the basis of professional training of a future police officer."

On this topic, a binary lesson for cadets of the ERI No. 4 was conducted by the head of the department of tactical and special training of the ERI No. 2, Mykola BOROVYK, and senior lecturer of the same department, Valerii SHVETS, together with the senior inspector of the training center of the Main Police Department in Vinnytsia region, Oleksii PATSALIUK.
