
As part of informal (non-formal) education, the cadets learned the skills of providing primary psychological assistance to people who are in a stressful/traumatic situation as a result of a recent or ongoing crisis event. The training course was conducted by representatives of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

Cadets of the ERI No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Nikita Mashukov and Oleksandr Safronov held a career orientation meeting with students of the “Professional College of Food Industry of the NUFT”. They spoke about the features of studying at the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, which specializes in training cybersecurity specialists.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Psychology Nadiia Chepelieva took part in a 4-day psychological and economic retreat “Managing Adaptive Resources during War”, which took place in Poltava. The goal of the retreat was to train and improve the skills of specialists working in the educational sector in the use of productive strategies in the context of ensuring psychological health and well-being in wartime.

The final, third stage of the training for trainers on the basics of cyber hygiene was held in Lviv within the framework of a joint project of the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It was attended by representatives of all higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Leading researcher of the research laboratory of socio-psychological support and rehabilitation of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the ERI No. 3 Yevhenia Hladkova, together with a team of volunteers from the "Palms of Peace" Charitable Foundation, delivered humanitarian aid to the 2nd psychiatric ward for adults with wards for palliative care.

The teaching staff of the Department of Language Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the international online professional development webinar "Online Practice: Engaging Students Beyond the Classroom" from Oxford University Press.

The city-wide event was dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Holodomor in Ukraine. Those present observed a minute of silence to honor the millions of Ukrainians who became victims of the totalitarian regime. The memory of those who died in the terrible days of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 and the mass artificial famines of 1921-1923 and 1946-1947 is part of Ukrainian history.

Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activities and Financial Security Iryna Kyrieieva, together with the Head of the Labor Protection Service of the Municipal Water and Sewerage Enterprise of Kamianets-Podilskyi Oleh Pidskotskyi, conducted a binary lesson for 2nd-year students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 within the discipline "Labor Law".

Cadets and employees of the ERI No. 3 of KhNUIA, together with Maria Saliha, the senior operational officer for operational search and partnership in the field of information technologies of the Cybercrime Countermeasures Directorate in Vinnytsia region, held preventive meetings with schoolchildren.

Representatives of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA - Acting Head of the Department Svitlana Vyhaniailo and Professor Olena Lukianykhina received training in using the new version of the "Liga360" program from specialists from the Liga-Zakon company.
