Larysa Ivanova, Leading Specialist of the Practical Training Department of the Educational Process Organization Department of KhNUIA, held a working meeting with the 3rd and 4th year cadets of the ERI №№ 1-4 majoring in Law and Law Enforcement, who, under the guidance of mentors, are undergoing an internship at the police departments №№ 1, 2 of Kharkiv Regional Police Department in Kharkiv region.

Since the liberation of Balakliia, Kharkiv Oblast, Vinnytsia City Community has been actively supporting its residents by sending various humanitarian aid. Unfortunately, the city of Balakliia and its critical infrastructure are still under enemy shelling. In such difficult conditions, the support of local residents and the organization of humanitarian aid are very important.

Valentyna Pochuieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, and Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the same department, took part in the international online webinar “Make Students Recall Previous Lessons: Attention Spans and Sticky Learning”, organized and conducted by Linguist LLC and National Geographic Learning.

Kateryna Penzieva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science of the Educational and Research Institute №1 of KhNUIA, told high school students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum №15 during an online meeting that the Educational and Research Institute №1 trains investigators and detectives who work in all law enforcement agencies of the country.

Volodymyr Kroitor, Head of the Practice, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, discussed with the 2nd year master's students studying in the specialty “Law” the organizational issues of the internship, the form of reporting on its results, and the procedure for defending the materials of the practice.

Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are actively engaged in volunteer activities. In addition to donating blood, weaving camouflage nets, and making trench candles, they help to beautify the adjoining territories of the families of our defenders and join various charity events.

Serhii Shatrava, Head of the Research Laboratory for Pre-trial Investigation at the ERI No. 1, launched a series of online meetings with graduates of  Kharkiv Lyceum “Rescuer”. The staff of the laboratory presented to the students one of the options for obtaining a bachelor's degree at the ERI No. 1.

Andrii Shapovalov, a 2nd year cadet of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with his family, donated food to Sumy City Territorial Social Service Center "Berehynia" for families in need of social support and care.

A 1st-year cadet of the ERI No. 1, Artem Poslavskyi, held a career orientation meeting with graduating students of Pohrebyshchenskyi Lyceum No. 4 of Vinnytsia region. During the conversation, he spoke about the conditions for admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, noted their specifics, namely the mandatory submission of an application on the NPU website https://osvita.np.gov.ua.

On this topic, the curators on educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational conversations with cadets of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4. The formation of one's own information culture and media literacy is becoming an obligatory element of the professional characteristics of a future law enforcement officer.
