Oksana PISKUN, a second-level higher education student under the guidance of Lilia BONDARENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, held a meeting with 11th-grade students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 162 of Kharkiv City Council.

A practical binary lesson was held on this topic for cadets of the ERI No. 1, who study in the specialty "Law", organized by the senior lecturer of the ERI No. 2, Ihor OSTROVSKYI. It was attended by the senior inspector of the patrol police battalion for servicing Kamianets-Podilskyi district of the State Police Headquarters in Khmelnytskyi region, Yurii SYROTIUK.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1 Kateryna PENZIEVA held an online career guidance meeting with high school students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum No. 10 of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council of Khmelnytskyi region.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5, Candidate of Legal Sciences Sofia POPOVA held a career orientation meeting with senior students of Zhydachiv IGSE I-III st. No. 3 named after O. Partytsky, Lviv region. She introduced the young men and women to the possibilities of entering KhNUIA, in particular, focusing on the advantages of studying at the ERI No. 5.

Curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational talks on the topic "On human rights, duties and responsibilities" for students of the ERI No. 1-5. During the legal regime of martial law, Ukrainian society faces certain restrictions for citizens and increased responsibility before the state.

Associate Professor of the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law of the ERI No. 1 Svitlana YASECHKO held a meeting with graduating students of the Municipal Institution “Pervomaiskyi Lyceum “Erudyt”” of Mykolaiv region. During the event, high school students learned about the features of the admission campaign and the specifics of studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

A binary lesson for first-year cadets of the ERI No. 3 was conducted by Natalia YELNIKOVA, senior lecturer at the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, and Valerii SHCHERBYNSKYI, operational officer of Haisynskyi Regional Police Station. The lecturers focused on studying the key principles and rules that regulate the process of compiling reference and information documents.

At the initiative of the cadet council of the ERI No. 1, a screening of the film "Bucha" took place, which highlights the events of the occupation of the city by Russian troops in 2022. The film conveys the tragedy, losses and indomitability of residents who survived the horrors of war. Through the fates of individual heroes, the trials that fell to their lot, as well as the path to recovery, are shown.

At the next online meeting of the scientific circle, a 4th-year student, Valeriia VELIHURA, gave a report. She devoted her speech to the practical problems of accepting inheritance. The participants were particularly interested in the review of judicial practice regarding disputes about accepting inheritance.

First-year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yana SHELEMBA took part in the Ukrainian Hand-to-Hand Combat Championship among adults, dedicated to the memory of the Hero of Ukraine, Major General Maksym Shapoval.
