
A series of training events for cadets of the ERI No. 2, dedicated to preventing and combating corruption, took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The classes were conducted by the Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities, Kateryna UDOD, who spoke in detail about the key provisions of anti-corruption legislation.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise of the ERI No. 5, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana LOZOVA, together with employees of Kharkiv Scientific Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, took part in a scientific and practical seminar.

In order to combine theoretical knowledge and practical experience for cadets of the ERI No. 1, a binary class on the academic discipline "Pre-trial investigation" was held. The class was conducted by the Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, Tetiana FOMINA, together with lawyer Vasyl FEDYTNYK.

KhNUIA continues to systematically work on forming an anti-corruption culture among higher education students. For cadets of the ERI No. 3, training events were held on integrity, corruption prevention, and the role of whistleblowers in ensuring the transparency of the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

At the invitation of EUAM Ukraine, Oksana TSUKAN, a representative of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, spoke at a special event titled “Security Modernization: The Impact of Women Professionals in the Civilian Sector of Ukraine During the War”.

We invite interested persons and those responsible for international cooperation and participation in grant programs of HEIs and institutions of the Security and Defense sector to join the information event "Checklist for verifying applications for Cluster 3 competitions of the Horizon Europe program".

Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Doctor of Law Yulia ZAHUMENNA joined the work of two international forums dedicated to the issues of business, human rights, and sustainable recovery of Ukraine.

Ihor BOIKO, a lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, conducted adaptive boxing training for combat participant Artem KSHEMINSKYI, a former serviceman of the 87th Territorial Defense Battalion, who was wounded near Kupiansk.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights Natalia FILIPSKA took part in an international webinar dedicated to the participation of people with intellectual disabilities in elections in the Republic of Moldova.

For students of the ERI No. 5, who are studying in the specialties "Law" and "Law Enforcement Activities", another practical session was held at the Scientific and Practical Center, created on the basis of the Second Administrative Court of Appeal.
