Valerii Sokurenko, Rector of the University, awarded the employees and cadets of the University during the meeting of the Academic Council. For exemplary performance of official duties, personal initiative and dedication, high professionalism the awards were given.

The final meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for 2020 took place. The first considered issue was the election of the chairman of the Academic Council of the University.

An online meeting of representatives of the Faculty No. 3 with future entrants and their parents took place. Representatives of the University told about the university, about the work of the Faculty and the peculiarities of studying at it, acquainted with the prospects of employment after graduation.

Kremenchuk News published a story about Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.  For the cadets of the college, another introductory lesson was held at the Velyka Kokhnivka airfield, helicopters and modern simulators were demonstrated, with the help of which the cadets acquire skills of professional skills.  We suggest you watch the video.

Valentyna Zhornokui, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty No. 6, organized a webinar lesson for 2-nd year master's students using the online e-learning environment on the ZOOM platform. Lecturers of the Department Daria Korobtsova and Artem Podorozhnii joined the lesson. Kseniia Blashchuk, a leading career guidance specialist at Kharkiv City Employment Center, took part in the webinar.

Artem Bilousov, Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 1, held a meeting of the scientific circle, in which fourth-year cadets of the Faculty № 1 participated. The topic of discussion: «Problems of understanding and correct translation of different dialects of English-speaking countries».

An official investigation is underway into the video discovered on social networks, where girls in the form of cadets dance to the musical accompaniment of the Russian chanson. Both the direct participants of the video, who turned out to be first-year
cadets of the Faculty No. 3, and the persons who are functionally responsible for the state of discipline in the divisions were identified. 

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted another online meeting with prospective applicants and their parents. Representatives of the Faculty No. 2 organized a presentation of their structural unit - the Faculty of training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine, answered numerous questions of the participants - high school students, parents and teachers about the terms and conditions of admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2021, perspectives and features of studying at the Faculty No. 2.

Valerii Sokurenko, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the 3-rd rank, Mykhailo Burdin, Vice-Rector of the University, and Oksana Tsukan, Adviser to the Rector on Gender Issues, participated in an online presentation of Methodological recommendations on the integration of gender approaches into the system of specialist preparation for the security and defense sector of Ukraine.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has started short-term training courses for cybercrime investigators. 26 students will undergo the relevant training program. The Vice-Rector of the University, Police Colonel Serhii Bortnyk met with them.
