A meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1 was held online using the software for video conferencing Zoom.

Vitalii Naida, Head of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA, took part in the Chance for Science Conference 2022 from the University of Leipzig (Germany).

A meeting of the pedagogical council was held online at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of KhNUIA, where a number of issues such as changes to the methodological materials of initial professional training of police officers by lecturers of the Institute taking into account the martial law in the country; prospects of the Institute activity during martial law; urgency of introduction of distance learning for attendees of primary professional training of police officers in martial law were considered.

Applicants for higher education and employees of KhNUIA took part in the online lectures "Methodology of effective communication between the police and the media", which were devoted to the basic rules and strategic principles of communication between police representatives and the media, strategies for effective use of social media by the police and digital communication, analysis of communication between law enforcement officials and the media during crisis situations.

Humanitarian aid received through the Fortuna Clinical Foundation, Alabama, USA, has begun to reach its recipients - veterans of Kharkiv law enforcement agencies, employees and veterans of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and their families. 

Scholars, lecturers and applicants for higher education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs gained free access to more than 154,000 scientific journals and books from 200 publishers from around the world,
which are available on the international platform Research4Life (https://portal.research4life.org/).

Yuliia Zahumenna, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1, joined the project "Strengthening the capacity of young women to promote the Agenda "Women. Peace.
Security"at the local level". She participated in an online training from the Gender Consulting Team "Gender in Details on Gender-Sensitive Journalism" within the project.

Lecturers of the cycle of general law disciplines of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of KhNUIA Viktoriia Yeremenko, Serhii Zakharchenko and Serhii Krutko participated in the International Psychological Forum "Personality, Society, War", which was devoted to the problems of psychological support of people in martial law and the provision of necessary psychological assistance. The event was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
