Ukrainian National H-index Ranking published the updated results of the assessment of the scientific productivity of Ukrainian institutions based on the results of the fourth quarter of 2025. This independent international analytical resource ranks scientists, research teams and organizations based on the consolidated Hirsch index, taking into account the data of the Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar platforms.

The rating analyzes the indicators of 470 scientific organizations of Ukraine, which are divided into three categories according to the value of the National H-index:

• «Leaders in scientific potential» – places from 1 to 46;
• «High scientific potential» – places from 47 to 113;
• «Ranking participants» – places from 114 to 255.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, having a National H-index score of – 30, took 110th place and remains the only one among the HEI of the MIA that train police officers, which is included in the category «High scientific potential».
