In order to improve the skills of higher education students in responding to illegal actions with ionising radiation sources, a binary lesson on the topic "Algorithm of actions of a police officer during the detection of an ionising radiation source" was conducted for 2nd year cadets of the Faculty No. 1.

Deputy Head of the Domestic Violence Sector of the Community Relations Department of Vinnytsia District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region, Senior Police Lieutenant Diniil Zinchenko together with Olena Fedorenko, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3 of KhNUIA, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, conducted a binary lesson for 3rd year cadets studying Psychology.

Nataliia Miloradova, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, Doctor of Psychology, Professor, took part online in the international scientific and practical conference "Supporting the Psychological Health of the Individual in War: International Experience and Ukrainian Realities", which took place in Kyiv, and in the scientific and practical seminar "Psychological and Pedagogical Support of Personal Development: Education, Security, Peace".

As part of the military and patriotic education of young people and in order to familiarise students with the possible risks associated with a full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Vladyslav Burkhailo, a lecturer at the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3, held a class for students of the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine".

Traditionally, on the eve of the Easter holidays, representatives of the university management congratulate cadets and students who are orphans, deprived of parental care and those who lost their relatives in this cruel war at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Curators of the faculties of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held conversations with cadets on the topic "Modern ways of establishing Ukraine as a nation state". During the meetings, they analysed the features of a modern state and its development, the importance of national and civic identity, etc.

On the eve of the Easter holidays, family warmth is traditionally given to children who need it most. The cadet council of the Faculty No. 3 together with the specialist of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work Mariia Artiukhova organised holidays for the children of the sponsored educational and rehabilitation centre "Hnizdechko" of Vinnytsia Regional Council.

Emma Bahlai, Head of the Student Council of the Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA, together with 2nd year cadets and Diana Shtyfurko, a delegate of the Student Council of Vinnytsia Region, attended the educational event "The Truth about Easter", organised by the Cultural and Mass Committee of the Student Council of Vinnytsia Region.

Representatives of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Oblast - Senior District Police Officer of Police Station No. 1 of the District Police Department, Police Captain Yevhenii Bidniachuk, Community Police Officer of the Prevention Sector of Tulchyn District Police Department, Police Captain Oleksandr Kryvko, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 Stanislav Ivanov, conducted a binary class for first-year students of the Faculty No. 3.

The participants of the scientific and practical group of the TSP "SHIELD" improved their skills in tactical medicine during a practical training session. They practised evacuating the wounded under fire, how to filter them, how to provide assistance using the MARCH algorithm to a wounded person in the yellow zone and move them to the green zone, and how to use an individual first aid kit.
