Students of the Faculty№ 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a workshop on making trench candles. The training was conducted by Kharkiv Volunteer Development Commission of the Youth Council under Kharkiv Mayor. The students made 300 trench candles in 4 hours.

Maryna Chaban, a student of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the open canoeing championship of Vinnytsia region among juniors and youth under the age of 23. According to the results of the competition, Maryna took the second place in the KC-2, 500m and the third place in the K-1, 1000m and K-2, 500m.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty № 6 Anna Sushkova and Master's student majoring in Finance, Banking and Insurance Serhii Pianov took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Transformational Processes of Professional Development of Teachers in the Context of Educational Innovations" within the framework of the XV International Exhibition "Modern Educational Institutions".

Nataliia Kobylko, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty #6, Candidate of Philology, joined the international scientific event "PoetrykON" organized by the University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland). The marathon was implemented by the platform Polska półka filmowa та Szkołа języka i kultury polskiej Uniwersytetu Śląskiego.

On April 7, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine celebrates the Day of Remembrance for the church-wide veneration of the famous Hetman of Ukraine Petro Konashevych-Sahaidachnyi (1582-1522). In 2020, Petro Konashevych-Sahaidachnyi was canonized by the Orthodox Church of Ukraine as a saint in the face of the blessed Hetman.

Oksana Maliutina, Head of the Preparatory Department of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, took part in the V All-Ukrainian Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Online Conference "National Science and Education in the Context of the Russian Federation's War against Ukraine and Modern Civilization Challenges".

With the assistance of Ivan Horoshko, Head of the Education Department of Valky City Council of Kharkiv Region, and Tetiana Deineka, Head of Chutivska Village Council of Poltava Region, Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 6 Kostiantyn Sverdlin held an online meeting with the management and students of the final grades of a number of general secondary education institutions in Kharkiv and Poltava regions on the 2024 admission campaign.

The management, staff, and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs met with the soldiers of the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" - the defenders of Mariupol: Captain Andrii Ihnatiuk, Junior Lieutenant Vladyslav Dutchak, and Senior Sergeant Oleksii Popil.

For the students of the Faculty No. 6, a binary lesson on the topic "Division of Marital Property from Theory to Practice" was conducted by the Head of the Law Office "Radion Kyrylkin" Radion Kyrylkin, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security Irina Antol and Professor of the Department Yulia Kyrychenko.

The academic staff of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 organized and conducted an informational and educational event for higher education students of the Faculties № 1, № 4 and № 6 on the topic "Understanding Gender Equality in Law Enforcement".
