The students of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited the opening of the exhibition of the master of folk embroidery Svitlana Makarenko "Encoded Dreams", where they had the opportunity to personally communicate with her and get acquainted with her work. The works of Svitlana Makarenko fascinate with their beauty and impress with the complexity of the techniques used.

The Department of Sociology and Psychology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs presented the results of the study of the state of mental health and subjective well-being of residents of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region to the interested public. The study was organized and conducted by the department's research team, which collected data through an online survey in November 2023.

A regular meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics of the Faculty № 6 was held with the participation of the Head of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics Iryna Panova, the Head of the scientific group Victoria Melnyk, lecturers of the department and students of the Faculty № 6.

The Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an online career guidance meeting with 10th and 11th grade students from a number of general secondary education institutions in Kharkiv, Lviv and Sumy regions.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 6, Doctor of Philosophy in Law Sofia Popova donated copies of her monograph "Personal Non-Property Rights of a Legal Entity: Realities of Today" to the collection of the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

On the day of the 38th anniversary of Chornobyl nuclear power plant accident, cadets, students and employees of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs at all locations of the higher education institution - in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Sumy and Poltava regions - honored the memory of the victims of the largest nuclear disaster that claimed the lives of thousands of people and caused irreparable damage to the environment.

Nadiia Chepelieva, a lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA, held a career guidance meeting among the participants of the PSS Avalyst Lviv-Adults event as part of the Protection Ukraine psychological project. She drew attention to the opportunity to obtain a new interesting and necessary specialty in Psychology.

Yana Ponomarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, took part in a round table dedicated to the All-Ukrainian Day of Psychologist. The event was organized and held by the Association of Psychologists of Higher Education of Ukraine to unite the efforts of the professional community of psychologists working in higher education institutions.
