Cadet Artem Oliinyk - European champion in mixed martial arts MMA

The 1st year cadet of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, police private Artem Oliinyk took part in the European Mixed Martial Arts Championships MMA, which took place from March 27 to April 01, 2024 in Belgrade (Serbia). According to the results of the competition, Artem took 1st place in the weight category up to 77.1 kg, defeating athletes from Ireland, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Finland.

Participation in the International online conference

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, Associate Professors of the same department Oleksandr Levashov, Oleh Honcharuk, Valentyna Kochyna, Valentyna Pochuieva, Senior Lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova took part in the 4-hour International Online Conference "Cambridge Day online conference for UKI, Eastern and Southern Europe, Middle East, Turkey & Africa Region" organized and conducted by Cambridge English Teaching.

Protection of internship materials of future investigators and detectives

Fourth-year cadets of the Faculties №№ 1, 2, 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who receive higher education under the educational and professional program "Law" (police) of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, defended their internship materials. The defense was held with the use of elements of the police quest, as a result of which higher education students were able to demonstrate the skills developed during the internship.

Mine safety training

At all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, representatives of the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action FSD (Fondation suisse de deminage) in Ukraine held an information event on "Risks associated with explosive objects" for cadets of the 1st-4th years of the Faculties №№ 1-4.

Achievements of KhNUIA cadets in kettlebell lifting

The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the kettlebell lifting (snatch) championship of Vinnytsia Territorial Organization of the VFST "Kolos", which was held in Vinnytsia. The university cadets won prizes in the individual competition.

The regular online meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 was chaired by Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Oleksandr Radchenko with the participation of Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Andrii Voitsikhovskyi.

Participation in the webinar on preparation for the English language exam

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, associate professors of the same department Oleh Honcharuk, Valentyna Kochyna, Valentyna Pochuieva, senior lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova took part in an international online webinar from Cambridge English "Teaching for C1 Advanced & C2 Proficiency - a focus on reading skills".

At the beginning of the event, Rector and Chairman of the Academic Council Valerii Sokurenko congratulated and presented certificates of academic rank "professor" to Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the same department Mykhailo Zavalnyi and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Oleksandr Zozulia.
