The publishing house "Law" published a monograph prepared by university professors Oleksii Lytvynov and Yurii Orlov "Criminology of "their" time: scientific investigations".  It became the final part of the trilogy, which began in 2019 with the book "Essays on the Criminology of the Postmodern" and continued in 2020 with the book "Antipostmodern: Criminological Studies".

He presented the Order of Merit of the 1st degree to the Corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Colonel-General of Police Serhii Husarov and announced the honorary title of Honored Lawyer of Ukraine to the Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor Leonid Mohilevskyi.
