Alona Severynova, the judge of Zarichnyi district court in Sumy, held a lecture for the first and second-year students and cadets at Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the discipline "Civil Law" on the topic "Additional term of acceptance of inheritance".

She spoke interestingly and meaningfully about the peculiarities of the courts' consideration of the category of inheritance cases. The theoretical material was illustrated with practical examples, legal positions of the Supreme Court, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. The topic of the lecture provoked a lively discussion between the judge and the learners. Problematic issues of inheritance of property abroad, the beginning of the term of acceptance of the inheritance, and other questions were clarified.
