Today, at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, an online series of mini-lectures dedicated to Europe Day in Ukraine "Virtual Tour of Europe" has begun. It is being conducted by the European Union countries representatives to familiarize the participants with their country and, in particular, the specifics of training future police officers.

The first lecture was on the topic “Police training: the example of Lithuania”. The event speaker - Dr. Gediminas Buciunas, Professor of Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania).

He provided general information and interesting facts about his country - Lithuania; spoke about the peculiarities of police activity and future police officers training.

The lecture was held in a lively discussion format. University representatives asked interesting questions and received comprehensive answers from the speaker.
