Kyrylo Cherevko, Assistant Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, visited the State Gymnasium - Boarding School with enhanced military and physical training “Cadet Corps” in order to conduct vocational guidance work. Boys of 7-11 grades and girls of 9-11 grades study in the Cadet Corps. In addition to secondary education, cadets acquire knowledge and skills in military and physical training at the gymnasium - boarding school. This academic year, 108 boys and 22 girls will graduate from the Cadet Corps. Kyrylo Cherevko met with Oleksii Sereda, the Head of the gymnasium, Major General, and provided vocational guidance materials on the conditions of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The representative of the university told about the specialties for which the cadets are trained, about the advantages of study at KhNUIA and the prospects for further employment and professional growth. A joint plan for conducting legal education work of KhNUIA and the State Gymnasium - Boarding School with enhanced military and physical training “Cadet Corps” for the 2020-2021 academic years was agreed.
