Nataliia Kitsel, the Head of the Knowledge Test Control Laboratory of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the remote mode in a webinar, organized by “Vseosvita” LLC on the topic “Occupational guidance for teenager: diagnostic, consultation, training”.

During the webinar, Speaker Nataliia Yevseichuk covered the existing diagnostic techniques for occupational guidance, their advantages and disadvantages, features of usage, the structure of occupational guidance consultation with teenager, possible “problem-based” situations, the general concept and reason of the meeting, as well as practical recommendations for occupational guidance training.

The knowledge and competencies acquired by Nataliia Kitsel will be used in educational and occupational guidance activities.
