Oleksii Lytvynov the Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Education Worker of Ukraine has been awarded with the certificate of honor for personal strong contribution to the development of scientific studies, fruitful cooperation with Hon.
