The elections of the chairman of cadet and student government were held in the Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in compliance with the quarantine requirements. Candidates for the position were Iryna Tkachenko, 2nd year student, and Maryna Gaidar, 3rd year student, who presented their electoral programs.

Due to the results of the secret ballot, Maryna Gaidar became the chairman of cadet and student government. Her candidacy received most votes in the election - 64%.
The newly elected chairman of the cadet and student government invited other students to join the ranks of activists of youth associations and implement important and interesting projects.
