A meeting of the scientific circle of the Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science and Expertise Department of the Faculty №6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place.
The head of the circle, associate professor of Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science and Expertise, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor Svitlana Lozova outlined the organizational issues of the scientific circle, acquainted new members with the rules, regulations and plan of the meetings for the current academic year. The head of the circle focused the students' attention on the issues of writing scientific papers and the basic rules of their publication.
The meeting took place at the forensic training site of the KhNUIA for a more detailed acquaintance of the students with the forensic tools used in the investigation of crimes. Svitlana Lozova told the students about the peculiarities of searching, detecting, fixing, removing and investigating various traces in the investigation process. Sets of forensic tools were examined - a suitcase of a forensic scientist and a suitcase of an expert biologist, examining in detail their contents.
