The Department of Military Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs invites citizens of Ukraine under the age of 40 with basic higher education, including full-time and part-time students of higher education institutions to study at the University.

Reserve officers training program provides such military registration specialties as "Psychology" and "Organization of moral and psychological support". Graduates are awarded the military rank of "Junior Lieutenant of the Reserve".
