Prof. Mykola Pakhnin, Head of the Center for Ukrainian and Polish Development of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Dr. Iryna Shcherbakova, Head of the Department of Public Relations and Dr. Oleksii Serdiuk, Head of the Research Lab on Psychological Support of Law Enforcement, with the financial support of Fortuna Clinical Foundation, Alabama, USA, started the formation of humanitarian aid packages for employees and veterans of the university, who found themselves in difficult life circumstances due to the armed aggression of the russian federation, and are unable to evacuate from Kharkiv. Scientific and pedagogical staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs purchased the first part of the package of medicines for targeted delivery and power tools for the rapid elimination of the consequences of artillery, missile and bomb attacks on the institution of higher education.
