Every year on February 15, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Honoring the participants of combat operations on the territory of other states. Prior to that date, commemorative events were held in Kremenchuk, which were attended by representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

In the park "Warriors-Internationalists" together with the city administration and the city community employees of the Flight College - participants in the fighting in Afghanistan put flowers at the foot of the memorial complex "Afghan Path" and personal stelae installed in honor of 20 Kremenchuk Afghan soldiers.

At this day, we share all the pain with those who lost their loved ones in the Afghan war and honor the memory of the heroes who gave their lives for peace on earth.
