At the invitation of Fundacion Tecnalia Research & Innovation (TECNALIA), coordinator of the Horizon 2020 project "iNteracting netwOrk of inTelligence and security practitiOners with iNdustry and acadEmia actorS " (NOTIONES), Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs signed a declaration developed by CYBERSPACE LEA, a cybersecurity law enforcement cluster.
As part of the cluster, the NOTIONES project is focused on building a network of practitioners from security and intelligence services of EU Member States and associated countries, to meet the needs of the security and intelligence services of security and intelligence services of EU member states and associated countries in the future security research software. It will form the basis for a new phase of stakeholder engagement through increased reporting on cybercrime in the EU and will be used in the future as a platform to disseminate information and knowledge on cybercrime among stakeholders and organizations.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs also implements the projects "European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age" (EQUALS-EU) Horizon 2020 and "EU policy traffic light: gender, rights, migration and digitalization" (GeRiMiD) Erasmus+ programs in the Jean Monnet direction and "Strengthening the capacity of the of the National Police of Ukraine in the fight against cybercrime and sexual exploitation of children on the Internet" (OSCE coordinator). Together, these projects provide synergy for the better implementation of each project and the development of the latest scientific approaches in cyber security.
