An online international scientific and practical conference "The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a guarantor of the rule of law: the formation and analysis of the path traveled" was held in Karaganda on the basis of Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov.  The conference was attended by 98 participants from all over the world. Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was represented at this scientific event by the staff of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1 Viktor Lazarev, Olena Yushkevych and Alesya Kovalenko.
Victor Lazarev successfully addressed the plenary session with a report "Legal nature of acts of the Constitutional Court". As a result of his speech, there was a discussion on the peculiarities of the use of legal terminology in the post-Soviet space and in Western Europe.
During the section, the topics of the reports were covered by Olena Yushkevych (“Legal Regulation of Anti-Bullying in Ukraine”) and Alesya Kovalenko (“Digital Rights: Concepts and Legal Regulation in Ukrainian Legislation”). The reports of the representatives of KhNUIA led to a lively discussion, which confirms the relevance of the chosen direction of scientific research.
Summing up the work of the international scientific and practical conference, the organizers thanked the representatives of KhNUIA for active participation in the
conference.
