Training of candidates as trainers in public security and order in accordance with the best European practice has begun at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs within the framework of the PRAVO-Police project.
Among 70 police officers of the Main Department of the National Police of Special Police Regiment in Kharkiv region who previously had passed a basic training seminar "Fundamentals of special tactics of special police units by European model of public safety and order during peaceful assemblies and other mass events", 20 motivated law enforcers continued training to become instructors and further implement a new concept of public safety and order in training their colleagues. During a ten-day course trainees will acquire instructional knowledge and coaching skills under the guidance of four experts in public safety and order of the European Union Advisory Mission, who came from Germany and Netherlands.
