 General Library
 General library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has got large library holdings. There are 10 reading halls with scientific, teaching and serial literature, theses and master works, literature in foreign languages.
Information retrieval system is one of the best in Ukraine. It is a product of the scientific and technical informational and computer centre workers and in the opinion of many experts it is one of the best in Ukraine.
Nowadays the library works on combination of information recourses of all detached university libraries and university libraries within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
