 The main directions of the Centre of Advanced Training are the basic training, specialization and professional development of law enforcement officers. July, 2009 the University was given the licence by the resolution of the State Appeal Commission of Ukraine for advanced training by all accredited training directions with the annual intake of 1000 people.
The Centre of Advanced Training provides basic skills to investigative units officers, patrol officers, to the officers combating economic crimes, officers of other units of internal affairs bodies of Ukraine.
The leading scientific and pedagogical staff with practical experience holds lectures. The Centre cooperates with subdivisions of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Regional Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Transport.
