186 cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (110 boys and 76 girls) studying at the Faculty No. 3 specializing in "Law Enforcement Activity" and finishing the 2nd year of study are sent to the place of service to almost all regions of Ukraine. The University organized solemn events dedicated to this event.

Dmytro Shvets, the Rector of the University, Serhii Bortnyk, the First Vice-Rector, Anatoliy Klochko, the Vice-Rector, Anatoliy Kolotyk, the Dean of the Department No. 3, Rashmik Hovhannisyan, the Head of the Patrol Police Office in Kharkiv Region of the Police Department, parents and relatives took part in the event.
